PehlaReply — Privacy Policy

PehlaReply ("we") provides an automated WhatsApp reply service to businesses ("sellers") that receive buyer enquiries through IndiaMART and similar marketplaces. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Data we process

• Enquiry data sent to us by the seller's IndiaMART account: buyer name, phone number, email, city, company and enquiry text.
• WhatsApp messages exchanged between the buyer and the seller's WhatsApp Business number, and delivery/read status provided by Meta.
• Seller account details: business name, contact number, catalogue files.

How we use it

Only to send the seller's reply and catalogue to the buyer who enquired, to notify the seller, and to produce the seller's lead reports. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or message buyers on behalf of anyone other than the seller they contacted.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the seller who received the enquiry and with Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages.

Opt-out

Buyers can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

Retention and deletion

Lead data is kept while the seller's account is active and deleted within 30 days of cancellation. To request deletion of your data, WhatsApp or email us using the details below.
